回复 :本剧场版紧接TV版第27话。在27话良太郎一行人为了追踪异魔神而回到过去,但他们却不知道自己已经落入了牙王的圈套。当良太郎等人消灭完异魔神并想回到Den-Liner的时侯,却发现Den-Liner已经被牙王劫持……众人被逼留在过去,最坏的情况是良太郎失去了成为电王的所有记忆,桃泰诺斯也因此不能附上良太郎的身体。在机缘巧合下,良太郎遇到10岁时的良太郎(剧中用“小太郎”代替)和异魔神齐格,并且在樱井的帮助下,开始了追踪Den-Liner之旅。另一方面,回到江户时代的牙王成功夺得神之列车Gao-Liner,且抓住了追踪到来的良太郎,并坐着Gao-Liner回到1988年12月26日。在1988年,良太郎恢复了记忆,但被牙王阻挠而不能变身。正当此时,樱井带同救兵出现,救兵则是三个不同时间的良太郎。于是,四个不同形态的电王同时出现,最Climax的战斗即将展开……
