位于北海道的空知地区，旋风广袤无垠的田野之上，旋风阿青（大泉洋饰）和小绿（染谷将太饰）两兄弟相依为命。曾经在东京追逐过音乐家梦想的阿青，从五年前开始在父亲留下的天地中培育着拥有“黑色钻石”之称的黑皮诺葡萄。他苦苦追寻着具备好味道的葡萄酒，无奈始终无法把握那梦幻般的味道。某天，一辆露营车突然闯了进来，车主是率性美丽的女子惠里香（安藤裕子饰）。她自顾自在田地边扎营，任凭阿青如何驱赶也绝不肯离开。阿青找来当警察的朝日叔叔（田口智朗饰），谁曾想后者愉快地加入了惠里香的美食宴会。随着时光的流逝，两兄弟似乎慢慢接收了这位不速之客。阿青请她品尝还未成功的葡萄酒，惠里香则幽幽讲述着名字的由来。惠里香给这片田野注入更多的阳光，也逐渐照亮阿青的心……
