立中一直在外国当摄影师，温柔某日收到家中噩耗，温柔其兄被谋杀，遂立即与妻子夏安回国。由律师转告得知其兄遗下大笔财产，而公司继承者亦由他代替，但立中对生意不感兴趣，交由其妻代劳，梁民是公司总经理，得知夏安为新董事长，投其所好，夏安不知有诈，渐渐对他投怀送抱，而立中与名模丽莎亦打得火热，夫妻关系变得疏离。梁民得知立中有外遇，暗中监视并煽动夏安谋夺其夫的财产……
