宅男林北辰在机缘巧合下得到一部手机，魔幻手机带他进入到了一个叫做东道真洲的世界，魔幻在这里，他成为了北海帝国十大名将之一【战天侯】林近南的嫡子，同时也是个臭名昭彰的败家子，且天生带有脑疾。适逢战天侯林近南战败，家道中落，失去了靠山的林北辰，被各路‘仇人’堵在学校里无法出门，危急时刻，他惊讶地发现，自己随身带来的手机，竟是一个可以辅助练功的外挂神器。依靠这个神器，林北辰开启了自己的爆笑逆袭之路。
