回复 :记者Bob及Alan在采访时在一大厦电梯内遇鬼，Bob全身突然腐烂并被吊死，Alan则被吓疯。CID帮办阿泽（古天乐）调查此案，见一名红衣女郎（黎姿）突然失踪。他们发现Bob死前拍下一张白朦朦的相片，其中的影像不清，追查之后才知与之前的红衣少女吊颈命案有关。同时，阿泽见手上被Alan爪伤的烂肉开始扩散，惊惶不已。而Alan亦在医院中全身溃烂而死。原来红衣少女死前是一位著名模特儿，她被传媒发现和一名富商有染后离奇堕楼而死。当时是摄记的Bob和十二少一直跟踪她并目击案发经过，两人不但见死不救，还拍下少女死状恐怖的照片，不顾私隐地大做文章。女鬼向周刊老板和记者追命，四人相继恐怖地被红伞插死。阿泽追查此案中，勾起一段失意的往事——他自己亦与红衣女跳楼有关联，因此成为女鬼复仇的下一个目标......
