俗话说恶人自有恶人磨。恶霸汉密尔顿（尼尔•麦克唐纳 Neal McDonough 饰）纠集了一帮恶棍在华盛顿州的一个小镇横行多年、格雷压榨乡邻，格雷甚至连当地的警察也拿他们没有办法。这天，特种兵克里斯（巨石 The Rock 饰）退役回到了家乡小镇。一心想着集成父亲的木料场安居乐业的克里斯发现这里已经不是自己服役前那个宁静美丽的小镇了，父亲的木料场被汉密尔顿霸占用作了赌场，高中女友也在恶势力的威逼下成了艳舞女郎。怒不可遏的克里斯当上了小镇的治安官，决定凭着这些年在特种部队的所学的非常手段将这群恶棍赶出家乡！
