在一个密闭的空间内，未满五个身份各异的人陆续从昏迷中醒来，未满但却发现自己失去了记忆，完全不记得自己是谁。他们发现别墅的门窗都被反锁，于是五人决定齐心合力逃出密室，在合作途中，随着时间的流逝，五个人逐渐恢复了一些模糊的记忆，发现彼此之间有一些联系，五个人开始猜疑对方的身份，而最终寻找到的一个致命的线索，导致了他们互相残杀，于是一场你死我活的寻找记忆真相的游戏，在密闭空间中展开，最后谁会是赢家，又有谁能顺利逃脱？
