回复 :退休后无所事事的父亲（陈佩斯饰），与待业在家的儿子（陈大愚饰）过着相依为命的生活。父亲酷爱唱歌，却五音不全，儿子热爱打鼓，却遇不上伯乐。俩人互相厌烦着对方制造的噪音，经常擦枪走火。父亲一次无意滥用了儿子珍视的鼓槌，积压已久的矛盾终于爆发…离家、冷战，儿子楼顶支起帐篷，但不久变成了抗风的彩钢房；父亲不小心“煮多”的面条，还特意多加了两个鸡蛋；儿子一边挖苦一边留下润喉雪梨；崭新的鼓槌、贴心的耳塞…看似恶言相向的两人，其实一直在背后默默支持着彼此的热爱。两代人的矛盾终于在一场惊喜的演出中，得到和解。
