回复 :电影台编剧王玉成因一个得奖的戏本而声名大噪，使得很多人找他编剧；但因为用脑过度，把幻想和现实混淆了起来，令自己代入了戏中人物，做出一些自己也无法想象的事情。他找心理医生绮梦帮忙，使他可得到解放。王玉成编写了一个描写古惑仔的剧本，但引来黑社会大哥头炸弹不满，并且更追杀他，王玉成报警求助，派了李Sir来保护，最后结局出人意表，惊喜搞笑。
