回复 :专门制作猎奇节目的女主持人名美（小野みゆき 饰），某天收到一本神秘的录像带。录像中展示一名女子被残害的过程，而片中的女子的脸竟和名美长得十分相像。为探究竟，名美和制作组一行四人驱车前往录像的拍摄地——某个废弃的工厂。5人分头行动，但很快发现他们成了某个人的猎物。他们被逐一猎杀，死状恐怖。名美被一个叫大辅的男子救下，从他口中了解到事实真相，两人千方百计逃亡，大辅更被离奇杀死，名美经历了一辈子不曾见过的恐怖景象。这起事件之后名美的节目停办，但梦魇并未就此结束……本片剧本由石井隆撰写，因此女主角的名字又叫“名美”。
