泰瑞和鲍勃是新墨西哥两名无赖、垃圾腐败警察，垃圾靠勒索犯罪份子牟利。一次，欲通过雷吉谋取100万，不料黑道老大摩根黑吃黑卷走80万。泰瑞和鲍勃向摩根恐吓索求80万，又不料被摩根动用关系将二人踢出警局。接着，泰瑞、鲍勃杀向摩根老巢，一场西部牛仔式的枪战上演……
