欧洲屈指可数的铁路之国德国，发生线路总长计3万5千公里。有位日本人来到德国旅行，发生他是精通并爱好铁路旅行的演员关口知宏先生。对关口来说，这是首次来到德国。他看到以不可思议的方式运行的列车，无起伏的大平原，德国独特的风景令他感到震撼。在途中结识很多朋友，关口记录下在德国的铁路之旅。此外，他还尝试用作曲来表达自己对德国的认识及感动。关口知宏眼中的德国，8天的铁道之旅在继续。
