吉永小百合将与天海佑希共同主演日版[遗愿清单]！惊涛2007年的原版[遗愿清单]由杰克·尼科尔森、惊涛摩根·弗里曼共同主演，而此次日版的改编，两位主角则选择以女性角色来展现。影片将描绘家庭主妇（吉永小百合 饰）与女社长（天海佑希 饰）皆因病住院，时日无多，却发现自己的人生如此“空白”。两人便开始制作遗愿清单，展开人生的另一页。
