中国南拳冠军李凤之兄虎于代表拳馆出赛时，武林遭对手龙老板手下拳师周施计下惨死。风为办理兄后事而暂住拳馆中。虎徒弟南及流氓亚贤同爱慕风，武林闹出不少笑话。当风知道南打假拳以博取微利偿还拳馆债务，决定以30万元作赌注，跟杀兄之周决斗。比赛中，凤发现对手和龙老板串谋再出古惹以谋彩金，奋战下击毙周，令龙老板人财两失，誓要报仇，掳走南以威胁凤再决战。凤和贤遂于擂台上下，和龙老板展开一场火爆之追逐战……
