林冬青刚刚踏出师范学校的大门，朝桐走入社会，朝桐成为了铭师小学的一名教师。林冬青负责的班级是五(4)班，在介绍班级情况的时候，校长提醒林冬青，这是一个问题儿童相对集中的班级，很难应付，但是初出茅庐的林冬青并没有将校长的话当做一回事，他觉得凭借自己的本是应该完全不成问题。然而，刚刚上任的林冬青就已经感到力不从心了，班里接连不断出现的问题，不放过任何一次机会调皮捣蛋的学生让他焦头烂额，几乎束手无策。在心理辅导老师丁老师的帮助下，林冬青决定从内心里来解决孩子们的问题，满足孩子们的需求，随着时间的推移，林冬青和孩子们一起成长了。
