王汉文（许绍洋 饰）出身台湾富商家庭，艾米自幼习武，艾米因对经商不感兴趣，前来武校深造。武校女教头钱月珊（杨恭如 饰）为替父还债涉足此业，她与王汉文一见如故。王父闻得此讯，用金钱作筹码要月珊劝儿子回台继承家业，急需用钱还债的月珊认为自己损失不了什么，于是假戏真做，对汉文展开了凌厉的爱情攻势。不法富商杜南（王道 饰）靠走私起家，他有一个不思进取的儿子杜恒风（林志颖 饰），为让儿子回心转意，他巨资买下武校。荒唐的是，他竟然爱上了警方卧底金巧莉（刘亦菲 饰），而刚刚失恋的金巧莉已不再相信什么爱情。
