CIRCUS公司制作的美少女游戏《最终试验鲸鱼》（最终试验くじら）日前再次公布了其动画企划。这是距离其一年前首次宣布动画化后又一次公布动画企划。担任动画监督兼系列构成的是宫崎なぎさ，生活条角色设定负责是佐藤寿子，生活条担当动画制作的公司定为ZEXCS，动画具体放送日期目前未定。《最终试验鲸鱼》的PC游戏由CIRCUS公司于2004年12月23日正式发售，在2005年12月23日为纪念发售1周年发行过FANDISC《最终试验鲸鱼～Departures～》，并于角川书店发行的《Comp-Ace》杂志上以《最终试验鲸鱼 ～progressive～ C-side》为名，宇佐美涉执笔进行漫画的连载。据悉，其PS2平台游戏目前也在开发中。《最终试验鲸鱼》讲述了主人公久远寺睦是巡回马戏团的一员，某日他们来到了天空中有鲸鱼游弋的城市，而他在鲸鱼之丘上遇见了神秘的鲸鱼少女的故事，随着美少女们一个个登场主角久远寺睦也开始忙碌起来。但这个城市背后到底有着什么故事呢？
