13岁的伊克巴尔是一个富有想象力和乐趣的男孩，欧美据他父亲说，欧美如果一个人要在世界上取得成功，这是不够的。但当伊克巴尔，他的弟弟塔里克（11岁）和他们的朋友西尔，不小心炸毁了他们的学校。有两个骗子，Easelman和Swine，想抓住随机自制的炸药，炸毁蒂沃利，在斯堪的纳维亚建造最大的停车场。为了敲诈孩子们的食谱，两个骗子绑架了可爱的弟弟迪杜瓦（6年）。解救迪杜瓦和拯救蒂沃利的努力开始了。
