剧情简介
自柬埔寨的战乱中存活下来的两名日本小孩‧北条彰与浅见千秋，春暖在回到了日本后，春暖发现了社会并不如他们的期待。因此两人决定从黑白两道来彻底革新已经腐败的日本政界。一场剪刀石头布，决定了两人的发展——北条彰进入了黑社会，而浅见千秋走上了从政之路。
